The best molecular gastronomy experience I had was at a place in Las Vegas...can't remember the name of it now. We ordered a "Smores" dessert. The platter had what looked like the traditional graham cracker, chocolate and marsmallow concotion beautifullly displayed on one side of the plate. On the other side was what looked like a smoked filled empty upside down glass. The server set it down on the table and lifted the glass and the most amazing recreation of a campfire smell wafted into our olafactory senses! I'll never forget it.
